J. Alan Weed, CPA:

Alan Weed is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Management.
Alan has more than eight years of public accounting experience providing income
tax, payroll tax and accounting services for closely held companies, partnerships,
not-for-profit organizations and individuals. His experience includes working with
the following clientele: professional service firms, agricultural interests, the
construction industry, funeral homes, commercial fishermen, medical
practitioners, restaurants, municipal airports, real estate ventures and retailers.
His experience also includes all phases of accounting; from researching federal
and state issues, preparing compiled and reviewed financial statements to
preparing contractor's license applications.
Prior to his public experience, he was an auditor with the Georgia Department of
Audits - Medicaid Division.
Alan received his certification in accounting (CPA) in 1994 contingent on three
years of accounting experience. Prior to his transition into the accounting arena,
he was in management in a Fortune 500 company located in Georgia.
